Expert-Led ABA. Family-Centered Progress.
I’m a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder of Behavior Change Collective – a practice built around individualized, meaningful, and practical behavior support.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings and spent several years practicing within the traditional three-tier model of ABA services. While this model can provide valuable opportunities for collaboration and support, I found that some of the most meaningful progress I witnessed came when I was able to work directly and consistently with my clients.
When I was able to spend one-on-one time with a learner, I could better understand their unique strengths, needs, preferences, and learning style. I could make decisions in the moment, build stronger therapeutic relationships, and see firsthand how interventions translated into real-life situations. Most importantly, I saw how individualized attention could create opportunities for more meaningful and functional progress. These experiences ultimately shaped my vision for Behavior Change Collective.
I created BCC with the belief that behavior support should be individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. My goal is to provide focused, high-quality services that allow for meaningful clinical involvement while keeping the individual and their family at the center of the process. My approach combines evidence-based behavioral principles with collaboration, compassion, and a focus on skills that genuinely matter in everyday life. Whether I’m working directly with a learner, coaching a parent, providing academic support, or consulting with another professional, I strive to make behavioral support practical, understandable, and relevant to the people I serve.
I believe that effective behavior change is about more than changing a behavior on paper. It’s about helping people build skills, increase independence, strengthen relationships, and experience greater success in their everyday lives.
At Behavior Change Collective, every client deserves individualized attention, clinical expertise, and a plan that is built around them.
